Shipping policy

We process orders within 24–72 hours after purchase. Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 6–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

All orders include tracked shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after your shipment is created.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. Kovari is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is shipped to the address provided at checkout and marked as delivered by the carrier, Kovari is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
