Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@shopkovari.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@shopkovari.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, stained, damaged, or missing tags
Personal care or hygiene-related products
Custom, personalized, or special-order items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Key improvement: I would not say “we’ll send you a return shipping label” by default. That makes it sound like you always pay for return shipping. The refined version protects you better.
